Off the Streets Toledo assists individuals who are experiencing homelessness and have the documented ability to pay rent. However, we are unable to take direct intakes and only accept referrals through other social service agencies.

If you are already working with a social service agency, please let them know they can submit a referral through our website.

If you are not currently working with an agency, we encourage you to call 211 and ask to be connected with an agency that can assist you further.
